Bridget is a product of MK Builds LLC. You call a number, leave a spoken recap of who you met, and Bridget transcribes it and files the people into a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. You can text it later to ask questions about what it filed. Using it means accepting these terms.
An account is your phone number plus the Google account you connect. Keep control of both: anyone who can send texts from your number can reach your rolodex. Tell us at legal@mkbuilds.dev if you lose that control. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
The spreadsheet Bridget creates belongs to you, in your Drive. We claim no ownership of your contacts or notes and no licence to use them beyond running the service for you. If you stop using Bridget, the file stays where it is.
Do not use Bridget to record information about people unlawfully, to store sensitive personal data, to send unsolicited messages, or to attack, overload or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does, without notice where the abuse is ongoing.
Bridget records what you say to it. You are speaking to a service, not to another person, so this is a recording you are making of yourself. If you ever record someone else, the law where you are may require their consent, and that obligation is yours.
Bridget depends on Google, Twilio, Sendblue, OpenAI and Railway. If one of them changes, breaks, or ends your access, Bridget may stop working in part or entirely, and we are not liable for their acts. Your use of Google Drive remains governed by your agreement with Google.
This is early software provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. There is no uptime commitment. Transcription and extraction are automated and get things wrong: names are misheard, companies are mistranscribed, details are missed. Check anything that matters. Bridget is a convenience, not a system of record.
To the fullest extent the law allows, MK Builds LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost business or lost opportunities arising from your use of Bridget. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or fifty US dollars.
Disconnect from Settings whenever you like; that erases what we hold and leaves your spreadsheet with you. We may suspend or end the service, for you or generally, with reasonable notice where circumstances allow.
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do; continuing to use Bridget means accepting the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
